What size should I choose?
If you're unsure which size would be best for you, please consult our size guides. They can be found below the available sizes for each of our styles.
Can I cancel my order?
We understand perfectly that you might change your mind. Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we are currently unable to modify or cancel it. We hope to offer a cancellation window in the future.
If the item(s) are not suitable, you can exchange them for a model you prefer or return them for a refund. As a reminder, national return shipping fees are free.
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
What is your shipping policy?
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email informing you that our preparation team has taken charge of it. As soon as your order is shipped, an email containing tracking information will be sent to you. Shipping costs are non-refundable in case of returns.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship our creations worldwide. Shipping fees may apply and will be added at checkout.
